超临界水热合成法制备TiO_2纳米粉体

Abstract :

采用超临界水热合成法制备TiO_2纳米粉体,研究反应条件包括温度、压力、反应时间对纳米粉体颗粒的粒径大小、形貌及结晶度的影响。结果表明,随着温度从亚临界升高到超临界,TiO_2颗粒粒径急剧减小,且结晶度增大,最终合成10 nm左右结晶度良好的椭球形颗粒。颗粒在26~30 MPa的压力范围内,结晶度随着反应压力的增大而增大,但粉体粒径大小差别不大。在1 min的反应时间内即检测出了TiO_2物相,而在5 min后生成了结晶良好的椭球形晶体,随着反应时间的增加,棒状的颗粒逐渐增多,这是由于发生了溶解-结晶机理。

超临界水氧化技术深度处理印染废水及污泥

Abstract :

采用超临界水氧化法在间歇式反应器中对印染废水及污泥进行处理试验,研究了温度和氧化系数对处理后COD(化学需氧量)的影响。当温度达到550℃,2.0倍氧化系数时,处理后废水和污泥的COD分别为20.9 mg/L和30.7 mg/L,去除率分别达到96.6%和99.9%。在该处理条件下,印染废水和污泥中的酚类和挥发酚的质量浓度均大幅降低,达到GB 8978—1996中对挥发酚的排放标准,且处理后废水及污泥中的重金属锑去除明显,达到GB 30770—2014的排放标准。

Abstract :

A sludge dehydrating system and a method thereof based on a thermal hydrolysis technology include: a homogeneous slurry unit, a hydrothermal unit, a flash reactor, a waste heat recovery unit, and a dehydrator; wherein a viscosity of sludge is lowered by homogenously slurrying before entering a pump, which is conducive to transportation; a sludge tank firstly crashes and then quantitatively transports for improving a homogenizing efficiency; a diluent is sludge dehydrated filtrate which is mixed with flash steam in an ejector, wherein an mixing efficiency is high; during homogenously slurrying, waste steam generated is added into a sludge diluent pipe for being absorbed; a hydrothermal unit include a variety of forms such as an intermittent form and a continuous form, in such a manner that reaction parameters, especially reaction time are effectively guaranteed; the flash steam enters the homogeneous slurry unit for heating the sludge.

Abstract :

A radial flow hydrothermal reactor for a sludge thermal hydrolysis treatment is provided. An outer and an inner cylinder are successively sleeved in a cylindrical body of the reactor. A guiding cylinder is arranged between the outer and the inner cylinder. Guiding pipes are provided on the guiding cylinder. An agitator is arranged in the inner cylinder, so that sludge has low viscosity and good fluidity after reaching reaction parameters. Because an inlet pipe is arranged below the inner cylinder, the sludge enters the inner cylinder from bottom and flows out from top, and the inner cylinder has a diameter not large, which guarantees heating time. Because of a small height-to-diameter ratio of the reactor, the sludge after heating has the good fluidity, and flows outward radially in the outer cylinder. With an increased flowing radius, a flowing velocity decreases, and a hydrothermal reaction proceeds continuously, which guarantees reaction time.

超临界水氧化法处理煤气化废水生化污泥

Abstract :

煤气化废水生化处理过程所产的污泥中酚、焦油含量较高,常规方法很难将其彻底处理.文中采用超临界水氧化(SCWO)技术对煤气化废水生化污泥进行处理,研究了温度、压力、氧化系数、反应时间及含水率对COD,NH3-N,挥发酚去除率的影响,并优化了操作参数.结果表明:提高温度、氧化系数和反应时间能有效促进污染物的去除,而压力对污染物的去除影响不大.降低污泥含水率有利于提高系统经济性,为满足污泥输运条件,绘制了污泥黏度随温度、含水率变化曲线.由结果可知,含水率88%的污泥预热至80℃时可满足泵的输送要求.该污泥在600℃,25 MPa,氧化系数为3.5,反应时间60 s条件下,经SCWO处理后出水COD,NH3-N质量浓度分别为42,5mg/L,挥发酚低于检测限,水质达GB8978-1996一级排放标准.

Abstract :

对超临界水氧化法(SCWO)和普通生化法在含酚废水处理中的技术经济性进行了评估。对比了两种工艺的工艺流程、污染物处理效果及运行费用。结果表明,SCWO法比普通生化法具有工艺简单、占地面积小、容易安装、易实现自动化、处理效率高、无二次污染等优点。采用SCWO技术处理含酚废水,无需预处理及后续深度处理,出水即可达国家污染物综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。SCWO工艺产生的二氧化碳及蒸汽可回收利用产生收益,每处理1 m3废水可获利2.3元,而生化法处理费用达41.8元/m3。SCWO法比生化法具有显著的技术及经济优势,在含酚废水处理中具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract :

A supercritical water oxidation treatment system for organic wastewater with a high salinity crystallizes high-salinity wastewater by a low temperature of liquid oxygen, and decreases an inorganic salt content in the wastewater. Under supercritical water conditions, a hydrocyclone (4) separates most precipitated solid salts in the wastewater, so effectively prevents pipes and the tubular reactor (22) after the hydrocyclone (4) from plugging. Inorganic salts are able to be continuously separated from the system by the hydrocyclone (4) at the bottom of a desalination device, In addition, excess oxygen and gaseous products CO2 are recovered by a separation recovery part. The reaction time and the reaction temperature of supercritical water oxidation reaction are lowered due to the installation of a simple post-treatment unit (37). Moreover, the heat of the reactor effluent with a high temperature is recovered in the system, so operation cost of the system is reduced evidently.

Abstract :

A method for sorting and comprehensively utilizing municipal solid waste includes steps of: 1) feeding the municipal solid waste into a feeding tank through a feeding inlet, then outputting into a breaking device; 2) breaking refuse bags and large blocks by the breaking device; 3) transporting broken refuse into a two-stage roller screen for screening out dusts with a particle size of less than 3 mm, and hanging strips; and 4) transporting mixed refuse screened by the two-stage screen into a vibrating screen; screening oversize products by a heavy winnowing machine for separating inorganic blocks, large plastics and paper; transporting underflow products into a two-room multi-functional winnowing machine for dividing into heavy materials, light materials and medium materials. By effectively combining sorting devices, effective sorting and reutilization of mixed refuse are achieved. Thereafter, paper, fibers, plastics and kitchen organic refuse are respectively for producing refuse derived fuel, wood-plastic composite and fertilizer.

节能是陕西省经济与社会发展的长远战略.本文深入分析了"十一五"期间陕西省采取的九大节能措施并调研了其落实情况.总体来说,"十一五"节能工作取得较好进展:至2009年末,在国民经济生产总值年增速14%的前提下,万元GDP能耗降至1.223吨标煤,累计下降17.57%,6大高耗能行业产值能耗值平均下降32.3%,8大主要工业产品单位能耗平均下降33.6%,用较低的能源消耗支撑了国民经济较快发展.

能效对标管理的基本内涵是以领先企业作为标杆和标准,通过比较、分析和学习,改进绩效,从而提高企业能效水平的一种能源管理活动.兰炭行业作为陕西省特色产业,其能效水平在全国处于领先水平,但仍然存在着煤气利用率、焦油回收率不高、水捞焦能效水平低等问题.本文重点分析了陕西省兰炭行业的能耗现状,提出了兰炭行业能效对标的指标体系,分别介绍了干法熄焦、富氧燃烧和综合利用节能技术,并对其节能潜力进行了分析.
