Bandgap engineering of Janus MoSSe monolayer implemented by Se vacancy EI SCIE Scopus

Abstract :

Vacancy defects in 2D materials provide opportunities to tailor local physical, structural and electronic properties of point and linear vacancies in Janus MoSSe monolayers. In this paper, we studied vacancy formation in Janus MoSSe monolayers using ab initio density functional theory and observed that all vacancies are preferentially formed in the Se layer. In the case of point defects with more than two vacancies, a zigzag line feature is obtained for the lowest formation energy. In the case of infinite linear defects, the zigzag vacancy lines preferred to be distant from each other. The bandgap of a Janus MoSSe monolayer can be modulated by the concentration of vacancies. The bandgap energy decreased from 1.080 eV to 0.675 eV with the increase in the number of point vacancies. However, it is observed to oscillate around 0.530 eV with the increase of distance between the vacancy lines in the case of linear vacancies. This work is very useful in bandgap engineering of optical and electronic devices based on MoS2.

Structural and magnetic properties of MoS2 monolayer zigzag nanoribbon doped by Ti, V, Cr, and Mn SCIE Scopus

Abstract :

In order to find new functions of monolayer MoS2 in nanoelectronics or spin electronic devices, using spin-polarized density functional theory (DFT) calculations with on-site coulomb interaction (U), we investigated substitutional doping of Mo atoms of monolayer zigzag MoS2 nanoribbon (ZZ-MoS2 NR) by transition metals (TM) (where TM = Ti, V, Cr, Mn) at the Mo-edge, S-edge, and the middle of the NRs. The results of this study indicate the NR widened irrespective of the doped TM position and type, and the Mo-edge was found as the easiest substitutional position. For ZZ-MoS2 NR doped by Mn, Cr or V atoms, the preferred magnetic coupling state is the edge atoms of S at the S-edge, exhibiting the same spin polarization with TM (named the FM1 state), attributing the NR with metallic magnetism. For Ti-doped monolayer ZZ-MoS2 NR, in addition to the FM1 state, other preferred magnetic coupling state was observed in which the edge atoms of S at the S-edge exhibit the opposite spin polarization with that of Ti (named the FM2 state). Thus, the NR doped by Ti atom possesses metallic (FM1 state) or halfmetallic (FM2 state) magnetism. The total magnetic moments of the ZZ-MoS2 NR doped by TM follows a linear relationship as a function of the TM dopants (Mn, Cr, V, and Ti). Under >4% applied strain, the NR doped by Ti atom only presents the characteristics of half-metallic magnetism as the initial one in the FM2 state, and its total magnetic moment always remained 0 mu B, i.e., it was not affected by the width of the NR. This study provides a rational route of tuning the magnetic properties of ZZ-MoS2 NRs for their promising applications in nanoelectronics and spin electronic devices. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. Abstract :

It is imperative and highly desirable to buffer the stress in flexible electronic devices. In this study, we designed and fabricated lamellate poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) samples with gradient elastic moduli, motivated by the protection of the pomelo pulp by its skin, followed by the measurements of their elastic moduli. We demonstrated that the electrical and fatigue performances of a Ag-nanowire thin film device on the PDMS substrate with a gradient elastic modulus are significantly better than those of a device on a substrate with a monolayer PDMS. This study provides a robust scheme to effectively protect flexible electronic devices. (c) 2018 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.

A Graph-Based Semisupervised Deep Learning Model for PolSAR Image Classification EI Scopus

Abstract :

Aiming at improving the classification accuracy with limited numbers of labeled pixels in polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (PolSAR) image classification task, this paper presents a graph-based semisupervised deep learning model for PolSAR image classification. It models the PolSAR image as an undirected graph, where the nodes correspond to the labeled and unlabeled pixels, and the weighted edges represent similarities between the pixels. Upon the graph, we design an energy function incorporating a semisupervision term, a convolutional neural network (CNN) term, and a pairwise smoothness term. The employed CNN extracts abstract and data-driven polarimetric features and outputs class label predictions to the graph model. The semisupervision term enforces the category label constraints on the human-labeled pixels. The pairwise smoothness term encourages class label smoothness and the alignment of class label boundaries with the image edges. Starting from an initialized class label map generated based on K-Wishart distribution hypothesis or superpixel segmentation of PauliRGB images, we iteratively and alternately optimize the defined energy function until it converges. We conducted experiments on two real benchmark PolSAR images, and extensive experiments demonstrated that our approach achieved the state-of-the-art results for PolSAR image classification. IEEE

薄互层型油气储层是陆相沉积盆地主要储层类型之一.研究如何利用地震资料刻画和预测薄互层油气储层,对中国油气勘探与开发具有重要意义.介绍了由三参数小波变换而得到的同步挤压三参数小波变换及其在薄互层型储层分析和地震资料谱分解中的应用.与三参数小波变换相比,同步挤压三参数小波变换在时间尺度域增加了对三参数小波变换的小波系数的重排操作,以提高时频分辨率.利用同步挤压三参数小波变换进行薄互层储层分析的方法既可以研究薄互层组的整体特性,也可以表征其组内的结构.与Morlet小波变换等常用的时频分析方法相比,该方法有更高的时频分辨率,能更好地刻画薄互层的整体特性及其组内的结构.合成地震记录和实际算例表明,同步挤压三参数小波变换对于地下地质体及不同厚度的河道和叠置的河道的刻画比其它相关变换的结果更为清晰和可靠.

Abstract :

When an atomic beam collectively and harmonically vibrates perpendicular to the wave vector of the beam, the number of atoms reaching the atomic detector will have a vibrant factor Delta t/T if the measurement time interval Delta t is shorter than the period T. This new quantum mechanical measurement effect for an atomic beam is called interaction without interaction: though the translational motion of the atomic beam does not interact with its collective and transverse harmonic vibration, the latter will have an effect on the measured number of atoms associated with the former. From the new measurement effect the classical harmonic vibration's period is evaluated. We give a clear physical picture and a satisfactory physical interpretation for the measurement effect based on the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics. We present an experimental proposal to verify this measurement effect for an ion beam instead of an atomic beam. (C) 2016 The Author. Published by Elsevier B.V. 针对U盘使用频率高,易遗失的问题,提出了一种智能插拔提醒及安全防护系统,该系统能够自动执行,根据时间监控U盘是否取走,保证了U盘数据的安全,同时能够验证使用者的身份,确保用户认证的安全.实验表明,系统体积小、绿色无需安装,并附带加密功能,能够有效防止U盘遗失及确保遗失后个人数据的安全.

在云环境中,组件服务副本增删是保障云服务性能的有效方法.传统方法在增加副本时缺乏对待增组件服务副本的资源需求量的分析,删除副本时缺少对组件服务之间的资源竞争的考虑,影响云服务性能保障的效果.根据组件服务资源需求量评估模型,提出基于组件服务资源需求量的目标虚拟机选择算法,以及基于虚拟机资源使用量的最优组件服务副本删除算法.实验结果表明,提出的组件服务的副本增删方法可以有效的保障云服务系统的性能.

新型双因子认证系统

以传统的双因子认证技术作为研究对象,分析了其不足之处.提出身份标识文件(PIF)作为双因子认证中的第2个因子.据此,设计了服务器端进行身份识别,客户端进行身份认证独特的双因子认证系统.并采用J2EE技术实现了该系统.经实验表明,与其它双因子认证技术相比,具有易用、成本低、性能好的特点,切实保障了身份认证的安全.
