逆布雷顿空气制冷机动态降温特性数值研究 CSCD

Abstract :

建立了逆布雷顿空气制冷机系统时间相关数学模型,对系统动态降温过程进行了数值分析.详细阐述了系统主要部件板翅式换热器及透平膨胀机动态回热及降温数学模型.以该模型为基础,分析了逆布雷顿空气制冷系统不同入口压力、温度、流量及不同换热面积和膨胀机效率下的动态温降特性曲线,讨论了部分参数对系统动态降温性能的影响.结果表明:对于确定的入口流量,提高系统入口压力可以加快系统降温速度和最大温降;此外,系统设计时采用较大的回热换热器面积和提高膨胀机效率也是实现更大温降的有效手段.

Abstract :

高能密度和微型化已经成为动力设备发展的必然趋势,然而,润滑技术的发展直接制约着高速透平的极限转速.微机电系统(MEMS)中的高速透平内轴承与转子间最小间隙为微米量级甚至更小,必然会给装置的设计和制造带来一些新问题.文中简要介绍了基于气体润滑技术的MEMS透平国内外发展状况,并对相关领域的研究进展进行了展望.

R41跨临界单级压缩带回热器热泵系统研究 CSCD PKU

Abstract :

建立了跨临界单级压缩带回热器热泵系统的理论模型,并对R41(一氟甲烷)与CO2的循环特性进行了热力性能和(火用)的分析比较.结果表明:两种工质在常温下进行跨临界循环,R41系统的整体性能优于CO2系统.在选定工况下,R41系统比CO2系统的最优高压侧压力平均降低40.6%以上,系统性能系数平均提高14.2%以上,系统(火用)效率平均提高14.3%,且R41系统在单位质量制热量和压缩机排气温度方面均优于CO2系统.最后提出了通过减小气体冷却器传热温差、降低节流压差,以及合理利用蒸发器冷量来提高系统(火用)效率的观点.

Abstract :

This paper comparatively evaluates the feasibility of R404A, R507A and propane (R290) as substitute refrigerants for R22 used in most low temperature and transport refrigeration applications. The present investigation has been done for a finned-tube condenser based on a segment-by-segment simulation model, which is validated with experimental results from published literature. The performance simulation and comparison of the finned-tube condenser using the refrigerants are carried out at different inlet air temperature and velocity to mimic the actual space conditions. The results show that R290 has lower pressure drop, lower mass flow rate and higher specific heat transfer than R22. Although R404A and R507A have higher specific heat transfer than R22, both of them have larger pressure drop, and bigger mass flow rate. Overall, R290 offers better performance and reliability than R404A and R507A, and can be used as long term substitute refrigerant for R22 in low temperature and transport applications. An assessment of Average Bubble Number Density model for bubbly flows EI Scopus

Abstract :

Gas-liquid bubbly flows with wide range of bubble sizes are commonly encountered in many industrial applications. Based on our previous study, a generalized Average Bubble Number Density (ABND) model has been developed to model the dynamical changes of bubble size due to bubble coalescence and breakage mechanism. With the aim to asses the model performance, numerical studies have been performed to validate the model predictions against experimental data. Three experimental data [7,10,12] exhibiting totally different bubble size evolution trends were strategically selected for the present validation study. Numerical predictions were validated against measured results under three different experimental conditions. In general, predictions of the ABND model yield good agreement with experimental data. The encouraging results demonstrated the capability of the ABND model in capturing the changes of bubbles size due to bubble interactions and the transition from "wall peak" to "core peak" gas volume fraction profiles under various flow conditions. Merits and drawbacks of the ABND model for industrial application are also discussed.

Abstract :

针对制冷剂R22的替代问题,提出了一种适用于空调等制冷设备的环保型混合制冷剂R1270/R152a/R13I1.基于Refprop8.0,对R1270/R152a/R13I1的基本热物理性质和制冷系统循环性能进行了分析,研究表明:在标准工况下,R1270/R152a/R13I1混合制冷剂的COP和单位容积制冷量均与R22相当,非常有利于直接灌注式替代;在变工况下,R1270/R152a/R13I1的滑移温度较小,性能优于R407C,单位容积制冷量与R407C和R22相当,是一种优良的R22替代物.

Abstract :

基于低温透平膨胀机临界转速的计算,对转子系统结构型式对高速透平膨胀机临界转速的影响进行了分析.用有限元QZ(FEQZ)法求解广义复特征值矩阵,对具有各项异性支承并且支承气膜阻尼不能忽略的高速透平转子临界转速特性进行了研究,并利用求得的复特征向量矩阵推导出了转子分段轴心瞬态振动轨迹方程.讨论了稳态情况下适用于同一透平膨胀机转子4种常用结构振动特性的优缺点.结果表明止推盘双置转子结构在该透平膨胀机设计工况具有较大的转速安全范围和较好的稳定性,此结论与工程应用吻合较好.

弹性支承箔片动压气体径向轴承的实验研究 PKU

对新型结构弹性支承箔片动压气体径向轴承进行试验研究,在高速透平膨胀机(主轴轴径D=25.0 mm、转子总长l=250.5 mm、转子质量Gm=891 g、额定工作转速10.64×104 r/min)上达到了转子转速14.8×104 r/min、超速40%的良好试验效果.对这种弹性支承箔片动压气体径向轴承的振动特性和稳定性进行试验研究.结果表明,该轴承具有优良的动态特性与稳定性,能有效抑制高速自激涡动的发展,在正确选择结构参数和表面处理方法后,有望替代目前在高速透平机械中广泛应用的静压气体轴承.

Numerical simulation was performed to study the effect of interior structure of multi-deck display cabinets on the flow characteristics of refrigerated air curtains. The temperature and velocity distributions as well as the cooling load were analyzed with different interior structures. The results show that the presence of the inside shelves is helpful to the flow stability of the cold air curtains, and the Richardson number that guarantees the flow stability is more extensive. The influences of two geometry dimensions (the vertical distance between the neighboring shelves Dv and the horizontal distance between the discharge grille and the front edge of the shelves Dh) were also studied respectively. The results indicate that Dv affects the inside temperature distribution significantly, and the temperature differences between neighboring shelves increase with the flow direction of the air curtain. As H/Dvincreases, the temperature distribution is more uniform but the overall average temperature changes slightly. Dhinfluences the flow direction and the entrainment of the air curtains greatly, and then it has great effect on the cooling load but affects the inside temperature distribution slightly. It seems that the performance of the air curtains can improve when Dh/b0is from 0 to 0.5.

Abstract :

针对立式冷藏陈列柜内部结构对冷风幕流动的影响进行了数值模拟研究,分析了表征搁板位置的几何参数Dv和Dh对温度分布、速度分布与热负荷的影响.结果表明:内部搁板的位置和尺寸对于风幕流动和柜内温度分布具有重要影响,搁板的存在有助于提高风幕流动的稳定性,可使保证风幕稳定的Richardson数范围拓宽;Dv对柜内温度分布影响较大,相邻各层搁板之间的温差沿风幕流动方向逐渐增大,且随着H/Dv增大,柜内温度分布均匀程度增强,但柜内平均温度差异较小;Dh则对风幕流动轨迹和空气卷吸量影响显著,因此对热负荷有较大影响,但对柜内温度分布影响很小.将Dh/60控制在0~0.5范围内可以降低热负荷,从而改善风幕的性能.
