Abstract :

车间信息化程度的提高在一定程度上致使传统的零件检测数据满足不了车间信息化系统的需求.为解决这个问题,构建了零件的辅助检测规划系统并实现了与车间制造执行系统之间的集成.以零件的MBD模型作为加工检测的数据源,使用UG二次开发的方式提取出了MBD模型中与零件检测相关的数据.通过建立检测领域本体和构建推理规则知识库的方式实现了检测仪器和检测方法的推理.

针对数字化制造中多源异构质量数据信息量大且缺乏统一、规范和标准化数据管理的问题,提出一种基于面向对象技术和基于映像的数据抽取、转换和加载(Extract-Transform-Load,ETL)技术的异构数据集成方案,该方案简单实用,具有很高的通用性,可提高异构数据的提取精度,有效地解决多源异构质量数据集成问题.

基于多任务的车间生产调度算法的研究

Abstract :

为解决因中国机械制造业约95%的企业的生产类型为多品种小批量而引出的调度难题,设计了以启发式算法为主的柔性车间调度算法,该算法对于多工艺路线的加工工件,以工件的加工相似性来划分不同单元,以负荷平衡为依据来确定工艺路线,以紧迫系数为优先规则来保证交货期。该调度算法不仅考虑到车间负荷等问题,而且提供了减少设备空闲时间的优化算法,对资源的优化配置和科学运作起到举足轻重的作用。成功实现了“在有限的资源条件下,使加工作业任务在合理的时间内加工完成”,缩短了产品在车间的流动时间,减少了在制品库存,在保证交货期的前提下最大限度地提高了资源利用率,使派工层面科学化、正规化。

基于语义 xBOM 的 MES 异构系统信息集成框架

Abstract :

针对目前MES与企业大量异构应用系统信息交互困难,导致制造信息相互割裂形成信息孤岛的问题,提出了一种基于语义xBOM的MES异构系统信息集成框架,并对其中关键部分进行了分析。该集成框架以BOM数据作为系统间信息交互的形式,以语义xBOM为核心,在语义xBOM统一信息模型的基础上实现信息共享集成,通过语义和Web Service 技术实现BOM分布式信息的统一访问。利用混合本体语义技术和对BOM制造信息内容及信息间关系的分析,建立语义xBOM统一信息模型,实现信息的统一语义描述,利用本体语义映射实现异构数据源的分布式透明访问。通过构建语义xBOM数据管理器实现数据的统一管理和映射,保证信息的完整性和一致性。最后以某厂数字化车间MES-生产监控管理系统为例,对方法的可行性进行了实证。

Abstract :

An image test system using a CCD and a standard target was established to measure the stabilization accuracy of a gun control system. The principle and structures of the system were introduced. and its key algorithms such as image pretreatment, template matching, the orientation of target cross center and system calibration were investigated. In order to remove the disturbance of the reticle of graduation board on the target cross, the algorithm of the switching median filter was presented. After choosing the grayscale transformation to improve the image contrast, the algorithms for fabricating and matching the template were analyzed and chosen. Then, the orientation algorithms of pixel and subpixel for target cross center were presented. Finally, the angle resolution of the system pixel was confirmed using a calibration method based on active vision. The result indicates that the test accuracy has been better than 0.07 mil, which meets the practical test requirement and implements the stabilization accuracy measurement of modern fire-control systems with stabilized guns in firing ranges.

产品的可靠性是设计出来的,在产品设计阶段如何预计其可靠性水平,为产品设计提供参考显得尤为重要.通过建立零件失效率与零件状态向量、系统失效率与零件失效率、系统状态向量与零件状态向量之间的关系,最终建立起系统状态向量与系统失效率之间的联系.由于系统状态的不确定性,使得系统在工作过程中的可靠性水平也表现出不确定性.利用蒙特卡洛方法,以某机床主轴传动系统为例,利用系统状态向量与系统失效率之间的关系,对非确定工作状态下主轴传动系统的失效率进行了统计规律分析.

Abstract :

To improve the measurement for gun rotated accuracy, the measurement error and the method to control the error for measuring the gun rotated accuracy by two theodolite intersection were researched. First, according to the principle of two theodolites intersection measurement, a space calculation model for measuring the gun rotated accuracy was established. Then the factors influencing the measurement error were quantitatively analyzed by the DT202C electronic theodolite, and the measurement error model was established. Finally, the idiographic realization method for the theodolite optimal disposition to control the measurement error was researched after predefining two markers on the gun tube, and the optimal disposition place was calculated by genetic algorithm. The theoretical calculation and the test results indicate that the measuring error of the gun rotated accuracy can be controlled within 0.20 mil by the reasonable disposition of the theodolites. It can meet the test requirements and can remove the uncertainty brought by the stochastic disposition of the theodolite.

Abstract :

To guarantee the production safety of complex systems, a network flow based optimal allocation was presented. A series of formal models were set up based on practical system characteristics. Network flows change law was analyzed by utilizing the network cut and models, and the constraint function to construct optimal feasible flows was defined. The relationship functions of maximal safety and network flow were established, and solution formulae for all adjusting quantities were presented. The labeling algorithm was used to adjust status of actual systems. Finally, an example was used to demonstrate the implementation process of the proposed method. It revealed that the proposed method could effectively stabilize system status and satisfy the system safety requirements.

ReLiabiLity is one of the most important performances of CNC machine tools. Precision exceeding tolerance is a special kind of faults different with general faults considered usually. This type of faults may cause large loss for users because of the loss of machining precision. To predict the precision and its reLiabiLity of machine tools in the design phase, the concept of precision reLiabiLity is introduced first in the paper. Second, the process of precision decLine in the operating conditions is analyzed and a precision reLiabiLity model is proposed. To evaluate the parameters of the precision reLiabiLity model, the spatial error model based on multi-body system theory and multi-body system dynamics simulation are adopted. Forecasting precision Life for a lathe has been done applying the model finally. © 2011 IEEE.
