车辆自动变速器齿形离合器毂冲挤塑性变形过程的数值模拟研究

Abstract :

汽车齿形离合器毂是自动变速器内技术难度较高的零件之一,随着汽车轻量化、高强度和低成本化的发展,近年来该部件纷纷以金属板材体积成形方式加工.本文应用有限元仿真软件DEFORM-3D对离合器毂齿形冲挤成形过程进行数值模拟,分析冲挤过程中齿形成形过程中的应力场和流动行为,并对比不同壁厚、不同直径坯料和不同摩擦系数下齿形的填充效果和成形力大小.仿真结果显示,变形区主要剪应变,材料在圆弧处流动较差,初始板材厚度的增加对成形精度提高十分有利,同时也导致成形力的剧烈上升,摩擦系数越小成形精度越高,成形力也越小,而坯料内径大小对成形精度和成形力均无明显影响.

轻质板材平底无铆连接成形模具的优化 CSCD PKU

Abstract :

相较于传统无铆连接,平底无铆连接的主要优势在于通过模具参数设计,避免接头在连接过程中形成凸起,保证接头一侧光滑平整,扩大其在汽车轻量化中的应用.平底无铆连接模具的几何参数主要包括冲头圆角、冲头拔模斜度、压边圈内半径、压边圈圆角和冲压速度.采用正交试验的方法优化了连接模具的几何参数,并通过试验连接板材Al5052对正交试验的结果进行验证.研究结果表明:冲头圆角对互锁值的影响最大,压边圈内半径次之,其次分别是冲头速度、拔模斜度和压边圈圆角半径.在优化的连接模具组合下,对有限元分析和试验结果进行了对比,互锁值的误差为6.1%,颈厚值的误差为8.2%,表明了利用正交试验得到的连接模具可以精确预测平底无铆连接成形过程.

管料无芯轴凹进式旋转锻造变形规律研究

Abstract :

无芯轴凹进式旋转锻造是一种用于管料精密制造的渐进近净成形工艺,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造等领域.本文基于有限元软件TRANSVALOR FORGE 2011,建立了管料无芯轴凹进式旋转锻造成形三维有限元模型,研究了成形过程中的应力状态和残余应力状态.结果表明,工件不同区域材料应力状态不同,工件外壁材料受三向压应力,应力变化较为剧烈;工件中间层材料受环向和径向两向压应力,而轴向应力趋于零;工件内壁材料受轴向拉应力,环向和径向压应力.卸载后,材料内部仍然存在保持自相平衡的三向残余应力,最大值为57.2MPa,仅为材料屈服应力的63.6%.凹进式旋转锻造成形过程中所产生的变形,满足应力偏张量的第三不变量J3'<0,属于压缩类变形.

Abstract :

A hybrid-loop servo control system based on sliding-mode control and neural network control is proposed in this article to realize flexible forming process on a double toggle mechanical press. First, kinematics and dynamic analysis of the drive system are conducted to derive the control objective behavior. Then, the structure of the hybrid-loop system is introduced; sliding-mode control is applied to compensate the punch position errors. In the inner loop of the servo motor, complementary sliding-mode control is used to track the motor rotation angle, and a radial basis function neural network estimator is applied to eliminate the considerable load disturbances in the stamping stage. Finally, experimental hardware is constructed and a compound blanking and drawing process is carried out to validate the proposed servo control system in practice. With different materials and drawing depth, high tracking accuracy and robustness are exhibited to realize favorable forming performance.

采用ANSYS商用有限元软件,对无油泵交流伺服电机直驱式新型液压机机身结构进行了静力分析和模态分析,根据分析结果对机身结构进行了相应的改进,并对改进后的机身结构进行了有限元分析,结果表明:改进后的机身机械结构静态性能和动态性能均得到了改善,满足液压机的设计要求.

Abstract :

In order to obtain the practical warm forming process parameters of 42CrMo steel in manufacturing, the plastic properties and constitutive equations of 42CrMo steel during the warm forming process are investigated through the isothermal compression tests. The results show that the true stress of 42CrMo steel increases as the forming temperature decreases and the strain rate increases; the strain rate sensitivity increases as the forming temperature increases, but decreases when the forming temperature is >750 degrees C; the maximum strain rate sensitivity exponent 0.0988 appears at 700 degrees C and the true strain of 0.65; the temperature sensitivity decreases as the strain rate and true strain increase; the strain hardening exponent decreases slowly as the true strain increases under the strain rates of 0.01, 0.1 and 1 s(-1), but it decreases sharply under the strain rate of 10 s(-1), especially the strain hardening exponent increases when the true strain is >0.55 under 750 degrees C and the strain rate is 0.01s(-1). Furthermore, the developed constitutive equations represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter could give a precise estimate (correlation coefficient: R=0.99) for the plastic flow behaviour of 42CrMo steel during the warm forming process.

基于MSC.Superform模拟软件平台,建立了圆截面轧扁的三维轧制有限元模型,模拟了JD型整体放电极线轧制成形过程,取得了有效轧制弧长、制件长度、前滑率以及制件轮廓形状和断面形状等数据.模拟结果与解析计算结果和轧制试验情况相比较,取得了较好的一致性,为轧辊及其孔型设计提供了重要依据.

Abstract :

The principle and deformation characteristic of the traditional open-die extrusion process of spline shaft are analyzed firstly, and then a novel open-die warm extrusion process of spline shaft with 42CrMo steel is proposed to solve the process problems such as high forming loads, poor material plasticity and tooth filled quality. Next, the material characteristic of 42CrMo steel during the warm forming process is investigated through the isothermal compression tests, the microstructure with tempered sorbite and high accuracy constitutive equations of 42CrMo steel are obtained. Besides, the effects of the main process parameters on the forming loads and tooth filled quality during the open-die warm extrusion process are studied, the optimum die angle of entrance section and warm forming temperature are established as 20 degrees C and 650 degrees C, respectively. Finally, the relevant improvement of tooth divided flow method (TDFM) is employed to eliminate the negative effects of the large blank diameter on this novel process. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. Abstract :

This paper firstly introduces the principle and characteristic of traditional extrusion tapping of internal thread, elaborates the material flow law during tapping process. Then puts forward a novel process of vibration-assisted extrusion tapping of internal thread, explains the effect mechanism of vibration during extrusion tapping of internal thread. Finally, the simplified finite element model of extrusion tapping are built, and the simulation of thread forming process of traditional extrusion tapping of internal thread are conducted, furthermore, the characteristic and influencing law of different vibration parameters(include vibration frequency, amplitude and direction) of vibration-assisted extrusion tapping of internal thread are studied, and some practical results are obtained. The simulation results show that applying vibration to extrusion tapping of internal thread can reduce tapping torque and improve thread forming quality, the reasonable selection of vibration parameters are very crucial to this novel process.
