Microstructure and mechanical property of Q690C HSLA steel joint welded by multipass metal active gas (MAG) welding process EI Scopus CSCD PKU

Abstract :

To increase productivity and improve joint property, 8 mm thick high-strength low-alloy structural steel of Q690C supplied in TMCP condition was welded with 3 pass metal active gas (MAG) welding at low heat input (10 kJ/cm) using equal-matched welding wire without preheating. The joint macrostructure, microstructure and mechanical property were investigated. The results show that no crack and defects were observed, and joint tensile, bending and impact properties are qualified. Each weld metal was acicular ferrite, which had excellent impact toughness. Although intercritical heat affected zone (ICHAZ) became soft due to temper of the base metal, the resultant harmful effect on tensile property was inhibited due to its smaller width (0.2-0.4 mm for one pass). The joint not only at the location further away from fusion line, but also exhibited a passed impact toughness at 0℃, even at coarse grained heat affected zone (CGHAZ) with lath beam microstructure of coarse upper bainite and M-A constituent. The former can be attributed to the lower heat input, which can reduce softening degree. The latter can be attributed to (i) the lower heat input which can reduce the effective grain size (length of lath bainite) of CGHAZ and the fusion zone (consisting of coarse upper bainite lath and M-A constituent) and (ii) temper of bainite by subsequent welding passes. ©, 2015, Harbin Research Institute of Welding. Abstract :

JTUIS超声成像无损检测系统在传统超声探伤基础上,结合计算机技术、图像处理技术等实现了对触头焊接质量进行检测,并可以进行定性、定量的分析.简要介绍了JTUIS-Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅳ+、Va,从硬件、软件两方面简要叙述了系统的研究进展及所取得的成果,包括系统集成度的提高、信号处理以及图像处理方法的改进、系统软件的扩充与优化等.试验以及实际应用表明,改进系统检测的稳定性、可靠性和重复性都得到实质性的提高.

电阻焊钼电极开裂失效问题的研究

Abstract :

电触头在点焊过程中所用的钼电极材料容易开裂而失效.分析知焊接热应力和钼电极材料自身性能是引起开裂的两大主因.运用Ansys模拟了改进焊接工艺前后电极的热应力,模拟显示改进工艺并未能显著降低热应力,说明通过改进工艺来延长电极寿命的方法不可取.对已失效钼电极材料性能进行研究,发现材料脆性是钼电极快速失效的主要原因.根据学者们已有的研究成果可知,在保证钼电极使用性的前提下进行合金化,才是提高钼电极抗裂性能的有效方法.

电触头电阻点焊过程的有限元模拟分析

Abstract :

建立了电触头电阻点焊过程的有限元分析模型,计算获得接触界面的接触电阻以及施加边界条件。通过对电触头点焊过程的模拟,获得了熔核的温度场及焊接面的电流密度分布。同时,探讨了焊接工艺对电极温度场及热应力的影响,发现延长焊接时间可在一定程度上降低热应力。

Abstract :

利用热弹塑性有限元方法对大型轴流焊接机壳中分法兰的变形状态进行了数值计算,建立有限元模型,分别计算三种拼焊方案下机壳中分法兰的变形情况。定量地预测了不同拼焊顺序下机壳中分法兰的变形,得到了可获得最优变形状态的拼焊顺序。对比中分法兰计算变形和实际变形测量数据,吻合良好,证明数值优化方法用于大型结构的变形预测是可行的。

Abstract :

研究了脉冲激光焊工艺对0.8 mm厚Ti-2Al-1.5Mn钛合金薄板焊接角变形和弯曲变形的影响.结果表明:钛合金薄板激光焊变形相对较小,激光功率和焊接速度对焊接变形产生一定的影响,二者可归结为焊接热输入的影响;焊接热输入对焊接弯曲变形的影响较大;当焊接热输入小于425 J/cm时,对角变形的影响不明显,当焊接热输入增加到425 J/cm左右时,其对角变形的影响显著增加,而后又趋于缓慢增加.

加装管式加热器的罐车体焊接残余应力与变形 PKU

Abstract :

针对黏油罐车在安装管式加热装置中产生的焊接残余应力与变形问题,采用盲孔法和位移传感测量法测试了焊接残余应力和罐车整体变形,分析了残余应力与变形特点及其影响因素.研究结果表明,对于加热装置的近距离焊缝间的区域,焊接纵向残余应力达到300 MPa,由于两个焊缝的影响即使远离焊缝位置也存在较大的横向拉伸残余应力.罐体变形特征为一边膨胀而另一边收缩,且膨胀大于收缩.罐体收缩边造成水平位移达37 mm,垂直位移达27 mm;罐体膨胀造成水平位移为18 mm,垂直位移为26 mm.

电触头钎料综合评价体系的建立与应用

Abstract :

为了避免评估指标的片面性,提出了一种多指标综合评价体系.该体系分别以钎料的钎着率、温升性能、润湿性、工艺性能和成本作为评价指标,通过对不同的指标进行综合评分,计算权重值,得出综合评价值,从而确定钎料适用性的优劣.通过具体的试验数据说明此体系在评估电触头钎料中的应用.结果表明,钎着率的高低对钎料的适用性影响大,但是同时必须综合考虑其他指标.

Abstract :

It has been carried out the test and research to the stainless steel plate laser welding welded seam, by two-dimensional, three-dimensional appearance observation and tensile methods. Its result is: The YAG laser welding, is welding speed, frequency, pulse width and so on technological parameter influences to be big. In the power limit, raising the power or reducing welding speed; or increasing the frequency, or increasing the pulse width in critical value range, it be possible to increasing joints strength, however, when the pulse width surpasses critical value range its joints strength instead fall. In this study, the parameter that the appearance and the quality are all good of welded seam for welds speed 60mm/min, frequency 10Hz, pulse width 3ms, defocusing amount -1mm, the tensile strength of joints may reach 390MPa. The joints that the performance is good, its keyhole's microscopic appearance is also more complete good, but the joints that the macroscopic appearance is good, it has fine mechanical properties certain by no means. The three-dimensional observation of keyhole appearance is relatively feasible to be appraisal laser welding welded seam newest method, it is worthy discussing and carrying out.

Abstract :

Difficulty for diffusion bonding of different structure of titanium alloy/bearing steel restricts the application of titanium alloy. The mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V/Cu/GCr15 joints were evaluated by electronic tensile machine. The microstructure characteristic and performance of the bonding interface were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and EDX. Microhardness, the fracture characteristics and area of intermetallic compounds of the joints were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results indicated that the tensile strength of the joints under the bonding time 1.8 ks, pressure 4.9 MPa, rises with the bonding temperature, the tensile strength of joint reaches a maximum of 206 MPa in 1 273 K. The extension bonding time caused the intermetallic compound thickness to increase which would do harm to the joints performance. α-Ti(Cu) solid solution which was generated in bonding interface was advantageous to enhance the joints performance. However, the TixCuyhad more influence on joints performance which was Ti2Cu, Ti2Cu3, (Ti3Cu4) FeTi, those caused the joint strength to go down. Copper foil should not be too thick to be as interlayer in titanium/GCr15.
