Abstract :

A new type of abrasion-resistant cast boron steel was developed based on the service conditions of the guide roller in the high-speed steel wire-rod mill. The lath martensite was its matrix and the broken Fe2B and dispersive distributed TiB2 were its wear resistant skeleton. The tensile strength, hardness, and impact toughness of cast boron steel quenched at 1000 degrees C excel 750MPa, 54HRC, 14J/cm(2), respectively. The guide roller made of this steel has high strength and wear resistance and excellent thermal fatigue resistance and it is reliable to use in the high-speed steel wire-rod mill. Its service life is 1.133 times longer than that of cast high chromium nickel alloy steel and corresponding to that of the sintered-carbide.

Abstract :

The effect of quenching temperature from 900 to 1050 degrees C on the microstructures, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of modified high born cast steel containing 0.3 wt-%C and 3.0 wt-%B was studied by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, tensile tester, impact tester, hardness tester and abrasion tester. Quenching at 900 degrees C resulted in structures containing a small amount of pearlite. The existence of pearlite led to poor hardness and wear resistance of modified high born cast steel. Quenching at temperatures between 900 and 950 degrees C resulted in the decrease in pearlite and the increase in hardness and abrasion resistance in comparison with 900 degrees C quenching. The metallic matrix all transformed into the martensite quenching at 1000 degrees C; the modified high born cast steel had high hardness, tensile strength, impact toughness and excellent abrasion resistance. The hardness, tensile strength and impact toughness of modified high born cast steel had no obvious change quenching over 1000 degrees C. The increase in quenching temperature also led to the transformation of boride from continuous shape to isolated shape and promoted the coarsening of boride.

Abstract :

以廉价的Si、Mn、Cr、B为主要合金元素,加入少量Ti、N、Ca和稀土等元素细化和净化钢的组织,开发了不含钼、镍等贵合金的贝氏体钢,并研究了回火温度对钢的组织和性能的影响.研究发现铸钢经920℃空淬后,获得了细小的贝氏体组织.随着温度升高,钢的韧性不断增加,在450~500℃左右出现回火脆性,韧性下降.以后韧性随回火温度升高而继续提高.硬度随回火温度升高而下降,在300℃以下回火,硬度下降平缓,维持在HRC55以上.随着回火温度升高,销盘磨损条件下的耐磨性不断下降,而冲击磨损条件下则在300℃回火时具有优异的耐磨性.无钼镍空淬贝氏体铸钢用作球磨机衬板、破碎机锤头和挖掘机斗齿等备件材料,寿命比高锰钢提高100%~300%.

Abstract :

在普通奥氏体不锈钢中加入超过1.0%(质量分数)的硼,铸态下获得了奥氏体基体上分布着高硬度硼化物的复合组织.借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针、能谱分析、X射线衍射和维氏硬度测量等手段,研究了硼化物的组成以及合金元素在硼化物和金属基体中的分布情况,并研究了高硼抗磨不锈钢高温固溶后的显微组织和性能的变化情况.结果发现硼化物的主要组成是Fe、Cr、B,另外还含有少量的Ni、Mn、C,Si基本不溶于硼化物中,硼化物硬度超过HV 1 500.经高温固溶处理后,硼化物不分解,但出现局部溶解现象,使奥氏体中B的固溶度增加,促使高硼抗磨不锈钢硬度提高8.54%.高硼抗磨不锈钢用于制造锌液输送管道,使用寿命比普通不锈钢提高1.5~1.8倍.

Abstract :

针对线材轧机导卫板使用寿命短,更换频繁,严重影响轧钢产品的产量和质量,开发了含0.1%~0.4名C、0.8%~2.5%B、0.5%~1.5%Ti、0.8%~1.2%C r和0.5%~1.2%Mn的铸造Fe-B-Ti合金导卫板,并借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X衍射分析等手段,研究了Fe-B-Ti合金的凝固和热处理组织,在此基础上测试了Fe-B-Ti合金热处理后的力学性能、耐磨性和抗热疲劳性能.结果发现,铸造Fe-B-Ti合金的凝固组织由金属基体和硼化物组成,1000℃淬火后基体转变成了强韧性好的板条马氏体,硼化物成孤立状分布,具有良好的强韧性、耐磨性和抗热疲劳性能,用于制造导卫板,使用效果明显优于高镍铬合金钢和高铬铸铁导卫板,且生产成本大幅度降低.

Abstract :

借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析和能谱分析,研究了钛对含碳量大于2.0%的高速钢轧辊组织和性能的影响.高速钢轧辊中加入钛后,可与钢液中的碳在高温下生成大量的TiC质点,而TiC可以作为奥氏体和MC型碳化物的异质核心,促进MC型碳化物弥散析出,减少大块状MC型碳化物的生成.热处理后碳化物呈颗粒状和团球状分布,使高速钢轧辊的力学性能、热疲劳性能和耐磨性明显提高,尤其是冲击韧性提高39%以上,达到10.3J/cm2.

采用1.5 t工频感应电炉熔炼铁液,经炉前球化孕育处理,金属型浇注得到球墨铸铁磨球、配之RT-320-9推杆步进式电阻炉加热、水玻璃液模拟等温淬火及低温回火得到的马氏体加贝氏体球墨铸铁磨球;其金相组织为:高碳隐针马氏体(70%~75%)+球状石墨+上贝氏体(25%~30%)+少量合金碳化物(<5%)+少量残余奥氏体;其表面硬度为HRC 55~57,表面与心部硬度差HRC≤2;通过工业性试验平均单耗为0.66 kg/t原矿、破碎率<1%.

简介:铸造及耐磨材料研究所有教职工11人,其中教授3人,副教授1人.在读研究生30人.研究所所长为方亮教授.五年来完成各类科研项目30余项,其中国家级、省部级纵向科研项目7项.获国家教育部科技进步三等奖3项,陕西省教学成果特等奖1项,国家级教学成果二等奖一项,国家发明专利1项,专著1本,论文被SCI、EI收录60篇.该所特长为耐磨材料的研究与开发,在这一领域多次获国家级、省部级奖励,在全国有较高声誉.该所还在计算机数值模拟及激光材料表面改性方面开展了大量研究工作,并形成了特色.本文主要介绍该所在耐磨材料研究领域开展的研究工作及所获得的成果.
