Abstract ：

In order to improve the accuracy and controllability of resource allocation process in multiple virtual planes, a prediction-based adaptive allocation algorithm is proposed. The algorithm used a grey prediction model to predict the resource usage for each virtual node at the next time, and then adaptively distributed and modified the value of resource allocation through the establishment of the mathematical model between the allocation factors and resource utilization, until it could meet the actual demand. For different virtual business plane, the algorithm could set different allocation parameters to control the allocation results so as to meet the different levels of service. Finally, the experiments show that the algorithm can not only implement the process of dynamic resource allocation quickly and accurately, but also meet the distribution of multiple virtual business planes. And in this process, the virtual resource utilization is maintained at a reasonable value near the target.

Abstract ：

Nowadays social media are very popular for people to share their photos with their friends. Many of the photos are geo-tagged (with GPS information) whether automatically or manually. Social media management websites such as Flickr allow users manually labeling their uploaded photos with GPS with the interface of dragging them into the map. However, manually dragging the photos to the map will bring more error and very boring for users to labeling their photos. Thus in this paper, a GPS location estimation approach is proposed. For an uploaded image, its GPS information is estimated by both hierarchical global feature classification and local feature refinement to guarantee the accuracy and computational cost. To guarantee the estimation performances, k-nearest neighbors are selected in global feature classification stage. Experiments show the effectiveness of our proposed approach. © Springer-Verlag 2013.

Abstract ：

Based on the spaceflight mission characteristics from the dominating country such as US and Russia etc., the data processing of telemetry position control instructions was hard to be judged and the utilization rate of information was low. In view of these questions, a real time processing method of position controlling instructions with fuzzy set theory was presented in this paper. The results of the analysis showed that all acquired outburst information could be fully utilized and more satisfying processing results of the telemetry position instructions could be obtained. © 2011 IEEE.

Abstract ：

To obtain the flight performance of ascending course in spaceflight launch mission in real time and accurately, the CSM(Current Statistical Model)algorithm was applied, and the moving model was set up regarding the ascending course in the spaceflight mission, and the moving performance of the target was analyzed. The data measured by radar equipment in American spaceflight mission was analyzed statistically, and the correlative parameters of the moving model were confirmed. The filter tracking performance was studied with CSM during the spaceflight ascending course. The performance of CSM algorithm after filtering was compared with that before filtering. The test simulation result shows that it is better to handle the filter and processing mission of the measure and control data during the spaceflight mission with CSM, and it can satisfy the demand of processing, show and failure-decision of the moving trajectory.

Abstract ：

This paper presents a new clustering technique named as the Olary algorithm, which is suitable to cluster nominal data sets. This algorithm uses a new code with the name of the Olary code to transform nominal attributes into integer ones through a process named as the Olary transformation. The number of integer attributes we get through the Olary transformation is usually different from that of the original nominal attributes. Meanwhile, an extension of the Olary algorithm, which we call the ex-Olary algorithm, is introduced. Furthermore, we provide a useful way to estimate the number of underlying clusters by the use of a new kind of diagram, which is called Number of Clusters versus Distance Diagram (NCDD for short).

This paper presents a new clustering technique named Chinese Reomi's Algorithm(CR for short), for we're Chinese and Reomi is an English name. Because the CR is very much like the simple k-means mechanism, we take the two for comparison. Further more, we suggest a simple but useful way to estimate the number of clusters. ©2009 IEEE.

设计了完整的LTE系统小区初始搜索算法,包括定时同步、频偏估计、循环前缀类型盲检测、扇区ID和小区ID组识别、帧同步算法,其中定时同步和频偏估计以及扇区ID识别由主同步信号在时域完成,循环前缀类型盲检测、小区ID组识别、帧同步由辅同步信号在频域完成.理论分析与仿真结果表明,所设计算法在AWGN与多径信道下均具有良好的性能,能够满足LTE系统小区搜索的性能需求.

Abstract ：

针对正交频分复用(ofthogonal frequency-division multiplexing,OFDM)系统性能对同步偏差的敏感性,提出了一种新的基于训练序列的OFDM联合定时和频率同步算法.基于新设计的训练序列结构,提出了新的定时度量函数,同时推导了小数倍频偏估计算法.新定时同步算法有效地克服了传统算法中的定时缺陷,新频偏估计算法具有和Sehmidl算法相同的估计方差.理论分析与仿真结果表明,新算法在多径信道下具有较好的鲁棒性.

Abstract ：

To solve the question of veracity and real-time in optical fiber sensor measurement system, the method of real-time data processing which based on arithmetic average and recurrence estimation was firstly studied. Then adopting DSP chip TMS320VC33, a new simple photoelectric converter was designed based on these. Finally, some realization and results of experiment system were demonstrated. The results indicate the photoelectric converter using this method can simplifie design, improve measurement precision and reliability and meet the demands of real time. The system is suitable for the application.

Abstract ：

为了能使图像压缩编码算法同时具有较高的压缩率和良好的压缩性能,分析了SPIHT算法,在相同压缩效率的情况下,将其进一步改进,使之具有空间可分级性.在编码过程中,单个像素的相关信息按其所在的分辨率层输出到基础层或增强层码流中,而对于集合的测试信息按其最高层像素所在的分辨率层以较大的概率输出到相应的码流中.这样,虽然低频子带与高频子带相关联而编码,但实验结果显示与低频子带单独编码的性能非常接近.同时给出了一种基础层和增强层间的码率分配方案.实际结果显示:随码率的增大,基础层所占的比率越来越低;对包含边缘较多的图像,其基础层码率所占的比率也较低.
