Abstract :
A new structure for 3-D measurement was developed, based on projection Moiré. The method of changing light is used instead of applying mechanical structure for phase shift. It increases the measuring speed greatly (4-8 s). Two CCD are used to eliminate the reflection and the structures of vertical projecting and incline imaging are used to get the better light field. The system can measure large area (300 mm×300 mm). The precision of the system reaches 40 μm. Experiment shows that the method is effective and satisfactory.

Abstract :
Shadow moire profilometry is a whole field non-contact 3-D measurement method. Generally there exist mechanical motion so that the measurement speed, life time and reliability are limited. A fast measurement method without mechanical motion has been realized by using the technique of optional multiple light sources. The method satisfies the need for the on-line measurement of BGA coplanarity.

Abstract :
A new method of 360° turning three-dimensional shape measurement by using light sectioning and phase shifting techniques was presented. A sinusoidal light field was applied in the projected light stripe, and phase shifting technique was used to calculate the phase of light slit. The wrapped phase distribution of the slit was formed and the unwrapping process was made by using the height information based on the light sectioning method. The three-dimensional shape data of target can be produced according to the geometric relationship between phase and object height.
