本发明公开了一种超大层间距二硫化钼/碳复合材料及其制备方法,用于提高电催化析氢的效率。该方法采用两步水热反应合成并通过退火处理碳化,形成了超大层间距MoS2与层间碳复合材料,超大层间距的MoS2有利于电荷与氢气的传出,并且原位形成的碳对于提升二维半导体材料有非常良好的效果,本发明的技术思路简单清晰,复合材料对于电催化析氢性能显著增加;本发明公开了水热法制备超大层间距MoS2/C的技术思路。
