Abstract:

TT&C network resources scheduling involves the complexes of satellites, stations and scheduling criterions. In order to resolve this optimization problem, a model of optimal resource scheduling is given based on the general principle of operations in TT&C network and the rule of optimization. A genetic algorithms realization is presented in succession with respect to the constructed model. Finally, two examples are put forward to illustrate the effectiveness of the process.
