Abstract:

本发明公开了一种可视管道内流体的空气加热装置,包括鼓风机、空气加热箱、高温空气阀门、带有石英玻璃观测窗的观测箱、流体管道及保温层等组成。鼓风机将常温空气送入空气加热箱内,经由空气加热箱内的加热棒进行加热升温。高温空气经由高温空气阀门进入观测箱内,对石英玻璃流道内流体进行加热后,排放到大气中。空气加热箱、观测箱和流体入口及出口管道的外部(观测窗处除外)都包裹保温层进行保温隔热。透过观测箱上的石英玻璃观测窗可以对石英玻璃观测管道内流体在加热条件下的状态进行观测和记录。通过改变鼓风机的送风量或加热棒的加热功率,可以调节观测箱内高温空气加热流体的热流密度。
