Abstract：
The photocuring resin for Laser Rapid Prototyping & Manufacture was prepared, the shrinkage reasons of photocuring resin was analyzed, and the effect of the photocuring resin shrinkage on parts curl distortion was studied. It made also an explanation on parts distortion phenomenon from resin microstructure and curl mechanism, and putforwarded methods to improve it from the aspects of resin and scan technology.
