Abstract:
For a large-scale power consuming corporation, improving the electric power management level of enterprise owned power plant and decreasing electrical pollutions of enterprise to regional power grid, are of great importance not only in decreasing production costs, but also in investment and decision-making. In this paper, the gateway energy balance between the corporation and regional power grid is chosen as a new object of power scheduling, and a mathematical model for balance analysis is built for power generation and consumption of large-scale power consuming corporation. A sufficient and necessary conditions to satisfy gateway energy balance is given for each period of assessment, and an improved dynamic programming algorithm is designed accordingly. Using this algorithm, a mathematical model for balance analysis which is large scale integer-planning problem is converted to some reduced scale integer-planning problems, thus calculation efficiency increase greatly. Balance analysis problem which is a multiple solutions problem can be solved flexibly by this algorithm, thus, the algorithm supplies a basement for large-scale power consuming corporation to find a solution with excellent performance.
