Abstract:
This study will draw on knowledge-based view to explore how different organizational culture (e.g., power distance, individualism-collectivism, and uncertainty avoidance) impacts innovation for Chinese firms. As results, high uncertainty avoidance and power distance will negatively impact firms' innovation, and high collectivism will positively impact firms' innovation. This study fills up extent theoretical gaps and makes important managerial implications. © 2010 IEEE.
