In　this　paper,　the　viewpoints　that　the　information　characteristics　in　neural　coding　are　not　only　transmitted　by　neural　firing　pulse　but　also　by　sub-threshold　oscillation　of　activity　potential　of　a　neuron　is　provided　through　the　analysis　of　dynamics　of　two　kinds　of　neuron　models.　Besides,　it　is　revealed　that　some　information　characteristic　of　stimulus　and　steady　state　responses　for　a　neuron　can　be　found　from　transient　responses.
