Abstract:
本文采用电弧增强型磁控溅射(AEMS)技术在生物医用NiTi合金表面制备出梯度类金刚石(DLC)薄膜,梯度膜的成分设计理念是Ti—TiC—TiC+DLC—DLC,以期消除薄膜内应力大、膜基结合力差的弱点。通过Raman光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、摩擦磨损及体外生物学试验,较为系统地研究了NiTi合金表面不同温度、偏压条件下制备的梯度DLC薄膜的微观结构特征和力学性能及生物相容性。
