This　paper　completes　the　design　of　hardware　circuit　and　software　system　of　cardiac　pacemaker　system,　using　embedded　systems.　The　design　provides　the　functions　of　measurement　and　analysis,　displaying　surface　electrocardiogram　and　esophageal　electrocardiogram　at　the　same　time.　Interface　procedure　is　compiled　by　C-#　language,　used　WinCE　operation　system.　The　design　possesses　good　user　interface,　adjusts　cardiac　stimulus　parameters　conveniently,　and　analyses　the　courses　and　results　of　esophageal　pacing.　The　experimental　results　accord　with　the　demands　of　the　design.
