All right reserved.In order to make a direct link between macroscopic structure and mesoscopic component of fiber reinforced composite material fan blades and get mesoscopic parameter values, which can't be obtained by the general finite element analysis. This paper established macromesoscopic integration model of fan blades by embedding failure/damage analysis module of the mesoscopic mechanics into the finite element software ABAQUS USDFLD user subroutine with using FORTRAN program. The model can implement macromesoscopic progressive damage analysis and strength prediction function based on the mesoscopic damage/failure criterion. The model's calculation result was better comformed with that of the test.
