本文提出了"供应链"与"供应链管理"是两个不同概念的观点,并提出了相应的表述内容;研究了物流管理、营销渠道管理、普通商品流通渠道与供应链管理之间的异同;并在此基础上,提出了我国供应链关系的构建条件、适应范围与构建步骤.
