绩效考评是现代人力资源开发与管理的强有力手段,目前被众多企业所采用.为客观、公正地反映员工真实情况,提高绩效考评的信度和效度,保证绩效考评成功实施而不流于形式,必须明确绩效考评的最终目的和基本实施途径.
