Abstract：
Based on the IBM-PC technology, and with general datum sample system, this paper explains a new instrument that is virtual instrument. It could make spectrum analysis, distortion analysis and transfer function exercise. This virtual instrument has some merits such as low price, high utility, direct result displaying and massive information. It possesses highly applied value and excellent developing potentiality.
