Abstract:
针对V锥流量计在测量湿气时产生的虚高问题,提出用V锥流量计的两相流量系数来进行修正.采用节流比为0.75的V锥,在压力为0.10~0.22 MPa、气相流量为100~300 m3·h-1、液相流量为0~0.08 m3·h-1的实验条件下,研究了Lockhart-Martinelli (L-M)参数、压力及气体密度弗鲁德数对V锥两相流量系数的影响.结果表明,两相流量系数与L-M参数呈良好的线性关系,线性斜率受气体密度弗鲁德数和压力的影响.获得了两相流量系数与L-M参数、气体密度弗鲁德数和压力的拟合关联式,并建立了基于两相流量系数的湿气测量模型.在95%的置信水平下,新模型的气相流量测量相对误差小于±5%.
