Abstract:

In this paper, an analytical method is presented for the study of shear horizontal surface acoustic waves in semi-infinite piezoelectrics/metal superlattices. The results show that the high electromechanical coupling coefficient and wide usable frequency range can be obtained in these superlattices. Crown Copyright (C) 2008 Published by Elsevier B. V.
