Abstract:

热障涂层广泛用于燃气轮机热端部件及飞行器热防护体系等领域。由于热障涂层系统各组分间存在明显的几何及材料失配,服役过程中各组元间会诱发出较大的失配应力。这些失配应力会引起陶瓷层和粘结层界面上萌生裂纹并随着热循环次数的增加而扩展,最终导致界面脱粘及陶瓷层剥落,限制了热障涂层系统的使用寿命。
本文结合理论分析和数值计算,通过裂尖场J积分,能量释放率对界面裂纹扩展驱动力演化规律进行表征,同时结合节点释放技术、内聚力单元法来模拟界面裂纹的萌生和扩展,得到了界面裂纹在服役环境下的扩展规律。基于上述方法,本文研究了热障
