本发明公开了一种仿生表面制备抑霜的空温式气化器及抑霜方法,包括若干翅片和若干气化管,各气化管首尾分别连通低温液体入口和气体出口,沿各气化管垂直方向连接多排翅片;在各翅片上部表面及各气化管之间的翅片表面设有输送露水的导流槽或亲水纤维束,导流槽延伸至翅片两侧露水收集装置中;亲水纤维束延伸至翅片两侧,下方连接重物,对接露水收集装置。空气进入气化器后进行换热,空气中大部分水分在翅片表面凝结成露水;通道表面具有亲水性,模仿植物导管输送水的方式,实现翅片上的露水通过通道快速离开气化器,避免露水与气化器温度低于零摄氏度的区域接触,减少了空气中可以结霜的水分,削弱结霜厚度,提升换热速率。
