Abstract:
Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) can be used to analyze hazardous samples and samples in remotely accessible or hazardous environments without handling the sample or exposing the analyst to hazards. Thus, nuclear engineering applications became one of the fast-growing fields of LIBS 1,2 In this paper, we report the development of the LIBS systems in the nuclear power plant applications. © 2021 IEEE.
