Abstract:

The main technical routes of coal utilization include high-parameter coal-fired power generation, partial pyrolysis and gasification of coal, in which coal converts chemical energy into other forms of energy through combustion, pyrolysis and gasification. To compare the different coal utilization process of energy transfer, loss and transformation rules, this article considers the energy quantity and quality of size, the energy potential analysis model is established, and the energy potential matching analysis is carried out for a supercritical boiler, the exergy efficiency of coal pyrolysis and gasification was calculated to be 90.95% and 84.94% respectively. From the perspective of exergy analysis and energy potential analysis, the matching degree of energy potential in different coal utilization processes was compared to provide a basis for the construction of a new efficient coal utilization system. © 2021, Science Press.
