Abstract：
文章首先阐述了乡村教师激励机制的主要内容，然后分析了乡村教师激励机制发展面临的困境，最后论述了乡村教师激励机制发展的对策，包括建立科学的甄选录用程序、开发全面的学习培训体系、实施有效的绩效考核管理、提供合理的薪酬福利待遇。
