Objective:　To　study　the　protein　and　lipid　in　the　membrane　of　gastric　cancer　tissues　and　normal　tissues　with　Fourier　transform　infrared　(FTIR)　and　explore　the　special　spectral　features　of　the　membrane　of　gastric　cancer　tissues　compared　with　the　membrane　of　normal　tissues,　cancer　cells　and　cancer　tissues.　Methods:　We　extracted　membrane　from　cancer　tissue　and　normal　tissue　samples,　sheeted　them　with　KBr,　observed　them　by　FTIR　and　compared　the　spectral　data　of　the　membrane　of　gastric　cancer　tissues,　the　membrane　of　normal　tissues,　cancer　cells　and　cancer　tissues.　Results:　Both　similarities　and　differences　were　found　in　the　infrared　spectral　features　between　the　membranes　of　gastric　cancer　tissues　and　normal　tissues.　The　spectral　features　of　the　membrane　of　gastric　cancer　tissues　had　similarities　and　differences　with　those　of　gastric　tissues　and　grastric　cell　strain,　which　were　shown　in　the　changes　of　the　2957,　2927,　2853　and　1740　cm＂1　bands　related　to　lipids.　Conclusion:　The　results　suggest　that　the　spectral　features　of　the　membrane　of　gastric　cancer　tissues　are　significantly　different　from　those　of　the　membrane　of　normal　tissues,　cancer　cells　and　cancer　tissues,　which　has　enriched　studies　on　biological　tissues　infrared　spectroscopy.
