研究了并联电容器在真空灭弧室工频电压老炼中的作用,并与现有的电压老炼技术作了比较.通过在真空灭弧室的排气过程中的应用,证明了并联电容器后,不但可以使放电点非常均匀地覆盖整个触头表面,有助于触头材料表层的释气,而且迅速提高间隙耐电压强度,大大减小了工频电压老炼的时间.
