Abstract：
外科手术治疗的介入,使感染性心内膜炎(IE)的治疗效果发生了根本的变化,死亡率由过去仅用内科治疗的80%～90%,已下降到10%左右.良好效果的取得,除了手术时机和手术方法的合理选择,还与妥善的围手术期处理有关.
