Abstract:
目的探讨耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛束变异与听功能改变的关系.方法测定20只豚鼠听性脑干反应(ABR)阈和畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)振幅,观察耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛变异形态,计数变异的毛细胞数目.结果耳蜗毛细胞静纤毛束变异主要为第一排外毛细胞静纤毛转位,多呈90°,少数达180°,两臂长短不一,"W"型夹角变大.在这些动物中,ABR反应阈变化不明显,DPOAE振幅显著增大.结论豚鼠耳蜗外毛细胞静纤毛束变异具有普遍性,变异者伴有一定的听功能改变,DPOAE可作为判断变异的指标.
