Abstract:
目的:评价在骨科PBL教学中引入SP的效果.方法:将骨科实习的学生随机分为两组,分别接受PBL和PBL+ SP教学,评价两种模式的效果.结果:PBL+ SP组学生对激发学习兴趣、加深对疾病认识、提高医患沟通技巧和能力、提高临床技能的认可度以及临床实践能力考核分数均显著高于PBL组.结论:在PBL教学中引入SP更符合骨科临床诊疗过程.
