Abstract:
提高大电机主绝缘材料的热传导性能及电寿命,对发电机安全运行及能效密度提高具有重要意义.本文以VPR多胶绝缘系统为基础,研究了多胶Al2O3纳米粉体改性主绝缘特性.试验结果表明,在保持材料工艺性、固化后机械性能及常规电气性能不变的情况下,改性材料导热系数提高约1.1倍;瞬时工频击穿电压平均值下降18.8%;电老化寿命可提高5~6倍.
