基于情绪蔓延机制和资源保存理论,探讨谦卑领导行为影响下属离职倾向的被调节的中介效应.结果表明:谦卑领导行为负向影响下属离职倾向;下属心理资本在谦卑领导行为和下属离职倾向之间起中介作用;领导专业技能对这一中介效应进行调节,领导专业技能越高,其谦卑行为通过下属心理资本的中介对下属离职倾向的负向影响越强烈.
