Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于光固化3D打印的SiC陶瓷基涡轮叶片的制造方法,本方法首先基于光固化3D打印技术制造涡轮叶片树脂模具,使用非水基凝胶注模陶瓷浆料浇注叶片树脂模具,经过固化、热解碳化等工艺得到多孔的碳预制件;采用原位反应烧结技术,在1420~1700℃下,对碳预制件完成渗硅、排硅工艺,得到多孔的SiC陶瓷基复合材料涡轮叶片;最后通过化学气相沉积/渗透的方法得到致密SiC陶瓷基复合材料涡轮叶片。该方法具有近净成型、自由成型、复杂成型的特点,可以在较低的温度下实现陶瓷零件的致密化的目的。
