Abstract:

本发明公开一种高性能SiC陶瓷基复合材料航空发动机叶片的制造方法,采用3D打印技术制备了航空发动机叶片模具,再通过凝胶注模法制备出加入碳纤维的SiC陶瓷素坯件,经过冷冻干燥、脱脂等工艺得到多孔SiC陶瓷预制件,然后多次浸渍裂解有机物前驱体,利用裂解产物填充预制件的孔隙,使其达到初步致密,为了保证制件强度与致密度,最终使用热等静压方法制造出高性能SiC陶瓷基复合材料航空发动机叶片。该方法结合多种近净成型技术克服了SiC材料加工困难等缺点,与传统的合金叶片相比较,SiC陶瓷基复合材料航空发动机叶片具有质量轻、耐高温的优势,是未来航空发动机叶片发展的趋势。
