Abstract:
A modified flow calorimeter was constructed to measure the isobaric heat capacity of R1233zd(E). The measurements extend from compressed liquid to supercritical phases. Temperatures range from 313 K to 445 K while pressures range from 1.0 MPa to 10 MPa. The expanded (k = 2) relative uncertainty for isobaric heat capacity of R1233zd(E) is less than 0.015 at temperatures lower than 423 K (including 423 K) and 0.025 in supercritical region (445 K).
