Abstract:

一种性能可调的透明软物质隔声膜及性能调整的方法,该隔声膜包括聚苯烯塑料支撑架,经等双轴预拉伸后固定于聚苯烯塑料支撑架上的介电高弹聚合物夹层,分别粘接在介电高弹聚合物夹层上下两表面的上离子凝胶层和下离子凝胶层,下离子凝胶层与聚苯烯塑料支撑架不接触,上离子凝胶层粘接的位置与下离子凝胶层一致,且大小与下离子凝胶层相同;其方法为:将直流电压加载于隔声膜上,在其厚度方向产生极化电场,隔声膜的等效刚度减小;由于均质高分子材料的隔声性能主要依赖于材料的面密度和劲度,通过电压的控制实现对透明软物质隔声膜性能的调整;本发明具有轻质、柔性、高透光性等特点,适用于单一频率噪音源突出且对透光性有较高需求的工作条件。
