Abstract:
一种圆柱阵列形跨尺度葡萄糖传感器用工作电极及其制备方法。将普通多模光纤包层剥去并抽出光纤纤芯,基于磁控溅射工艺将Au膜沉积在光纤纤芯表面;将多根沉积有Au膜的光纤纤芯在玻璃基板上紧密排列,并用银粉导电胶将其固定,形成具有微米级圆柱阵列形结构的电极基底;基于水浴法在沉积有Au膜的光纤纤芯阵列上生长ZnO纳米线,形成圆柱阵列形跨尺度结构的纳米级表面,用来增大GOD的吸附面积,从而大幅度提高基于三电极体系的跨尺度葡萄糖传感器用工作电极的催化效率。
