Abstract:

本发明公开了一种高压输电线路防覆冰涂料及其制备方法。该制备方法包括以下步骤:以甲苯二异氰酸酯、十三氟辛醇、乙酸丁酯、有机硅改性环氧树脂、环氧树脂固化剂、有机溶剂和纳米石墨、纳米碳管为原料,通过反应将长碳链氟醇接枝到环氧树脂分子链中,并将纳米石墨、纳米碳管添加到改性环氧树脂中,制备出疏水性和导热性能优良的涂料。该涂料主要用于高压输电导线涂覆,也可用于绝缘子、变压器外壳等设备的涂覆,涂层附着力强,防覆冰,抗腐蚀,抗紫外线,耐老化,环保无污染。与传统的丙烯酸类涂料相比,制备工艺简单,施工操作方便,室温和低温固化性能优异。
