Abstract:
To solve the present problem of poor uniformity and stability of field emission of ZnO nanoneedles, screen printed filtrated ZnO nanoneedles doped with CNTs were presented to improve the field emission uniformity and stability. The measurement revealed that filtration took an important role in the improvement of field emission uniformity for ZnO nanoneedles, the field emission current density and stability were improved greatly by the doped CNTs. When the sinter temperature was 450°C, the field emission current density of printed ZnO nanoneedles was higher than that of other sinter temperature. This process has a better utility value in the fabrication of ZnO nanoneedles field emission display.
