Abstract：
The paper analyzes the definition and requirement of strategic alliance and flexible strategy. Thus the paper discusses the basic thinking and content as well as requirement of flexible strategy and innovation and analyzes the improvement role of strategic alliance on them and then analyzes the relationships between innovation, flexible strategy and strategic alliance on the innovation and development of corporation. Based on the analysis the paper advances three propositions about the relationship between them. Finally the paper advances some suggestions for the further study.
