Abstract：
回顾了学分制的起源及其基本特点,提出在高等教育大众化时代,更新教学管理观念,探索符合我国国情、校情的学分制管理制度,对提高教学质量具有重要意义.另外,介绍了＜em＞西安＜/em＞＜em＞交通＜/em＞＜em＞大学＜/em＞实行学分制的一些具体措施.
